The Human Side of AI
AI implementation is not only a technology shift. It changes how people work, make decisions, collaborate, and understand their roles. I explore the human side of that change from trust and communication to employee concerns, leadership, and the realities of helping people adapt to new ways of working.
AI Readiness & Adoption
Being ready for AI takes more than choosing the right tool. Organizations need clear goals, prepared leaders, capable teams, the right workflows, and a shared understanding of how AI will be used. I focus on what organizations need to have in place before implementation and what helps turn implementation into meaningful, lasting adoption.
The Future of Work
AI is changing more than the tools we use. It is reshaping jobs, skills, workflows, leadership, and the way organizations think about work itself. I examine what these changes mean for employees and leaders—and how organizations can move forward without losing sight of the people doing the work.
"The real challenge of AI isn't what technology can do. It's whether people can rise to what it requires."
WHO I AM
I study technology.
I focus on people.
I’ve spent more than 25 years in organizational transformation, including 15 years with IBM and 10 years with Xylem, a global water technology company. Throughout my career, one thing has remained consistent: technology may drive change, but people determine how successfully that change takes hold.
Today, as I pursue my master’s degree in AI Management and Policy at Purdue University, my focus is on the human and organizational side of AI—how leaders prepare their organizations, how employees adapt, and what it takes to move from implementing AI to actually making it work.
I believe the organizations that succeed with AI will be the ones that prepare their people for the change, not just their technology.
